Guest guest
Hello all again. I was wondering what is the best thing for most mito kids to eat? High protien, low protien? Are carbs good like potatoes? I know all about what to feed him before bed thanks to you guys. We have noticed an improvement. He is even remembering how to say up again. He had forgotten how about a month ago. I have also taught him a few signs. But I still think I can improve him more with diet. I am trying to give him fruit, veg and protien in a balanced way. But if there is anything I should know let me know. Thanks again. Lanna
Guest guest
I agree with , as they are all so different. My son is basically on a non-dairy maintenance version of the South Beach Diet. Cindy-GA Re: Best diet for our kids? I think it is best to talk to your dr. before starting any new diet with a mito child. Many of the kids have "special diets" formulated to the childs specific needs. I have heard that the majority of the kids have a low fat diet. My daughter Grace has a high fat diet. I have also heard of high carb, and high protein. These are all so different that you really need a Dr. to tell you wich is best for your child.lannapastor wrote: Hello all again.I was wondering what is the best thing for most mito kids to eat?
