New to this - getting possible band next week - Have Ins Issues

Hello everyone. I am Theresa, a miltary spouse on Fort Hood, Texas.

Not sure if anyone has had this issue but I am trying to get Tricare

(Army insurance) to pay the $3000 for the DOC band. If any one out

there has had this insurance and has had them pay for it, please let

me know what you did!! Id appreciate.

ALso, my soon is almost 7 months old. He does have a flat spot, but

no so severe. He is doing more tummy time and sleeping on his belly,

although he tends to sleep with his face in the same position, which

isnt helping.

I dont know if I want to spend the $3000 only to see it would have

improved on its own in time. It has gotten better for the last couple

of months and I am not sure if I want to wait a couple more months to

see if it just clears up on its own. He is sitting up, not entirely

by himself yet, but I read that once he is sitting on his own, it

should get alot better.

Anyone have any ideas out there? And has anyone waited it out and it

got better? I appreciate any feedback as my husband is in Iraq for

the second time in three years and I am left to make all decisions.
