working out

how do you all work out? i find it very hard to find time to work out.

i work full time at a big Alumium company till 5:30 - i also go to school.

plus i am a massage therapist and do clients in the evening. by 9 pm i just want

to take care of what i need to and then go to bed. how can i work out.

Heidi,

Wow, your schedule is packed! There are several options short of a

full workout. The general idea is to workout for at least 30 minutes,

but if you can't fit that into your schedule, maybe you can exercise

for 10 minutes three times a day. If you have more time on weekends,

that would be a chance for a full workout or maybe two. You can also

get good exercise walking instead of driving short distances, taking

the stairs instead of the elevator, parking at the far end of the lot,

etc. And then there's gardening and household chores... It all adds

up. The point is, increase your activity level, and you'll see a benefit.
