fiber and gas

Pumpkin is high in fiber, but, as far as I know, not a gassy food. Kabocha

squahs, whifh

tastes like velvety sweet potato but which also is known as " Japanese pumpkin "

is divine! I

don't emember if that's a food to be avoided in P1 or not and will have to

check, but think

probably it's okay. Pumpkin also is very filling.
