I also had this reaction when I switched from Synthroid to Armour.

I had this same reaction when I did liver detox and when I switched

to a high quality nutritional supplement that supports cellular

health. Each time, I felt much better after the initial itching and

aching. There are many sites that indicate that this can be a

detoxification reaction - your body is getting rid of toxins at an

accelerated rate - and that can be uncomfortable until much of the

toxin load is removed. I don't know if that is true or not - but I

have felt much better each time after the reaction was over.

Agreed....if there's other symptoms, could be something else needs checking.

quite possible....i agree.

but given that hypothyroidism and bilary cirrhosis are associated..if someone

has symptoms other than the fatigue and itching, they should probably check

it out.
