Dr. Vliet is a very well-known women's endocrinologist specializing in

bio-identical hormones. She is extremely expensive, unfortunately. If I

lived close, I would go and put it on a credit card - but I am fairly

desperate in the hormone department right now. =) The website for her

practice is www.HERplace.com and they have offices in Tuscon and Dallas-

Ft. Worth. You will learn quickly that V problems usually require a lot

of travel to various doctors/therapists =(

I wish I had " bit the bullet " sooner and instead of wasting time with

HMO docs who were probably in the bottom of their class and had no time

to spend with me (but 100% covered with my insurance) and just gone to

the best specialists and paid out of pocket at the beginning of all of

this. I ended up with the specialists anyways and they helped me much

more than those other docs who didn't know what they were doing and

actually suggested HARMFUL therapies. Not only can docs/nurses/pts

that don't know what they are doing waste your time, but they can also

make you worse.
