Great to remember your protein and exercise, but don't forget your water!! Also, small amounts of carbs (in the form of vegies, milk, fruits etc) are a good idea. You still need a little energy from carbohydrates, although it is a good idea to stay away from bread, chips, crackers and, of course, candy or empty sugars. Keep us posted on your progress. And, if you make it to one of the Thursday night meetings at Raleys, I can take a " before " picture of you with my digital camera. --Sandi H. > Hey Pam, I don't know that but I do know that I'm having surgery on the thirteenth of April!
