Hi Bob,

Yes, you are correct about the next step. But keep in mind, you will

have to do the LID then also.

As for the tightness, I still have a little of that after 35 years. I

would suggest that you ask your doctor for a referral to a physical

therapist who can help loosen up the motion. A year of feeling

strangled seems a bit long.
