Guest guest
Hi, I wouldn't use the boppy for sleep. i don't think it is recommended for that, and also someone else (sheila i think) tried it and it actually make a ring imprint on the head. give your baby lots of tummy time and minimize any time on the head. or course car seat is needed, but use a carrier instead of stroller and try not to use the bouncer or swing. this will help the head to grow in its natural shape (since there won't be any pressure on the head). also tummy time is great for upper body strength in addition to keeping pressure off the head. the mirror makes asymmetry easier to see, so when you show your doctor be sure and show her (or him) in the mirror as well. if you're not comfortable with the info you get from them, ask for a referral to a cranio facial specialist (we saw a cranio facial plastic surgeon). good luck with the visit -christine sydney 16 mo starband grad > > > > Hi everyone, > > > > I have an almost 4 month old.
