It seems odd that You can hit the USDA's nutrient data laboratory at http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ and query the same foods. For pre-packaged foods (like the cheese) just check the packaging to get a more accurate read. I usually go by the raw/uncooked counts myself.
