You can hit the USDA's nutrient data laboratory at

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ and query the same foods. For

pre-packaged foods (like the cheese) just check the packaging to get a more

accurate read.

I usually go by the raw/uncooked counts myself. Here are some from the

USDA....

4oz Low Fat Cheddar -- 24mg

4oz Flounder --------- 54mg

4oz Sirloin ---------- 53mg

4oz Pork tenderloin -- 75mg

4oz Cheddar Cheese --- 119mg

4oz Skinless Chx B --- 165mg

1 Egg, Large --------- 212mg
