But the ones I am wondering about are the bread loaf pans/dishes. What works best? Also, the glass loaf pans I have seem to be too deep and wide for good GF quick breads...I haven't tried yeast breads, yet. Do any of you use a longer narrower loaf pan? I have seen one that caught my attention..but it was not cheap, I think it was $37. I have a bread machine and that is a deeper/taller loaf..but was wondering about oven baking.
