Guest guest
I've heard that it is common for one twin to have plagio and/or tort and the other one to not have either. I know when we'd go to CT I would often times see twins and only one would have plagio. Our son wore his band 2 months (7.5-9.5 months). He started with 8mm assymetry and got to 3mm. Remember the length in a band depends on severity, growth, type of band, etc. For DOC bands, at 16 weeks the band is not effective anymore. lisa > > Hi there, > > I have twin girls, and one was diagnosed with plagiocephaly and torticollis and the other one wasn't. > > She wore a DOCband for 7.5 months total (two bands)... but she started at 10 months, so our correction occurred at a slower rate than a baby who gets banded younger. > > HTH, > Colleen > > Re: Time length ??? > > > Just curious to know.
