Guest guest Posted January 1, 2006 Report Share Posted January 1, 2006 Hi All and HAPPY NEW YEAR I lost one pound this week putting me at 4 pounds under goal Exercise for 38.5 miles, consisting of walking and stationary bake riding. Though about my pardner Kept my food chart, Did not sing or dance (except behind closed doors.) worked on my hurdles. did pause some while eating GOT my SLEEP in each night---I'm not a night owl like some of you. Course I usually wake up betwee 5:45 and 6:00 each morning. Glad to hear the ones that sick are getting better. Sure wish we would get some RAIN!!!!!! and some cooler weather would not hurt either. Running around with just a T-shirt and cotton pants in Dec. is not right. COURSE I'm not saying I want freezing weather either. I'm easy to please, just some rain and cooler weather. I pray that all of you ---especially the ones in the country areas are safe from these fires. HUGS to all, Vernie Yahoo! for Good - Make a difference this year.
