Melt those Pounds Away

Imagine pounds, melting, falling away,On a wonderful, warm winter's day. Just like the disappearing snowFreely let those unwanted pounds go.Give up that frown, don't be blue, Come on out and find the healthy youJump for joy and shout with glee, For hidden inside, a KOPS must be.Think of all the things you can do,Make plans to build a healthy you.Chart your goals to countdownYou too could wear a crown.Plot your daily and yearly courseBody and mind must join forceThe mind will make each choice wiseThe body will daily exercise.Journal your drink and food.Write down your daily mood.Keep track of the water you drink,Before you eat remember to think.Resolve to rededicate yourself to TOPSDetermine that you can become a KOPSYAGOTTAWANNA start the year anew. For there is a KOPS inside of YOU.

Please pray for the military and their loved ones and all theinnocent people that have been hurt by this war.

From the Ozark Hillbillies"Habit is either the best of servants or the worst of masters." - iel EmmonsNever Quit PledgeToday I promise I will not quit.I pledge that no matter how many ups and downs I pass through, I will continue on my journey.I pledge to make a NEW START today, and forgive myself for my past and to stop being so critical of myself.I pledge to take control of myself, to stop making excuses, and stop blaming other people or situations.I pledge to treat myself as I would my Best Friend, because that is who I am.I pledge to stay in the race and to be a WINNER!
