Guest guest
Hi Ingrid, It doesn't say anything about the grilled chicken at 's. It did say you can have the oven roasted turkey though. http://www.wendys.com/food/pdf/us/allergen_list.pdf I was looking at the Burger Kind website. You may want to call them. It pretty much said all of their sandwiches contain wheat. It didn't say anything about being able to have a burger without the bread... so I wonder if they have a filler or if they're just contaminated. Good luck with your research. Cheryl ikchorn wrote: I am having a hard time finding info. on plain grilled chicken breast at fast food resturants. I know that Mcdonald's isn't glutten free any more which is a bummer. Does anyone know about 's or Burger King? Thanks! Ingrid Horn (Burke, VA)

Guest guest
Ok... I just had a brain fart. LOL! The link I sent you was for the allergen information at 's. It does state that the chicken breast is not gluten free. Here's the link for the gluten free list that I was looking at while sending the previous email. http://www.wendys.com/food/pdf/us/gluten_free_list.pdf Cheryl ikchorn wrote: I am having a hard time finding info. on plain grilled chicken breast at fast food resturants. Guest guest
Ingrid, I live in Burke, too! Would love to talk to someone close by about recipes. restaurants, etc. I have lots of experience with GF diet and baking (12 years). As for grilled chicken, Chick-Fil-A is the only place I can find it now. Too bad there aren’t more of them! If you would like to correspond more, let me know and I will give you my e-mail address.Cindy

Guest guest
If you have access to an El Pollo Loco. Their grilled chicken is just fine and the tortillas are wrapped, so anyone can order corn or flour without fear of being contaminated. Guest guest
Did the Frosty's just become gluten free? I thought they had malt in them. Also, Chick-fil-A grilled chicken is gluten free. I eat it about once a week. Yummy Sonja Sneak preview the all-new Yahoo.com. It's not radically different. Just radically better.

Guest guest
Frosty's have been on and off the gluten free list. You have to make your own decision on them.
