I'm glad to see that you posted this note about caregiving. I know

it's hard to lose someone that we love. You noted that you are seeing

Ken now in way he was before his illness. Maybe that is good because

it show's that you are healing. I've met you and know how strong a

person you are. Not only were you a good caregiver, but also very

wise. You knew when to let Ken go. That is why I'm writting this. As

the other's have said, Fred also look's good with the color of his

skin, but that isn't the illness. Lately his been talking about not

wanting to go on much longer, the way he is feeling now. I have seen

this illness really progress in him this last year, much more then

the year's before. His balance is off now, not because of the b/p ,

but because of the illness his Neuro said and he tolded us that it's

really progress alot this last year. Fred talks to me about letting

him go and not holding onto him when the time comes. He made me

promise . I hate to think of life without him, but I know I can't

hold on to him , longer then I should. I know that you saw in Ken

when it was the time and that's what I wanted to ask " what makes you

know when the time is near? I want to be as wise as you were.

This is one of the hardest question's I've every had to ask, but I

really need to know.

Thank's

Vera
