Guest guest
Without a doubt. I was just talking to my wife today about how inconjuntion with the milk, gluten and corn free diet, the easily implemented and well balanced BrainChild Nutritionals Supplements, AND THE NYSTATIN along with both ABA and special tutoring that is proving to be a miricale for our 4 year old son. I believe many thanks should go to Terry and the other members of Mossaic moms. Incremental gains for the total well-being of our children. The concept is one of balance and implementation.. We can all do this and succeed. Good luck and all I can say is keep the faith and implement the program. Its easy once you get the hang of it and our children really do benefit. i see it everyday getting better. WOW! Yours Truly, Brown

Nystatin is an Rx anti-fungal, and many of our children have intestinal yeast overgrowth (along with other gut-related problems) that ultimately exacerbate cognitive dysfunction, behavior problems, etc. Dr. Hift can have your child do an Organic Acids (urine) test to determine to what extent their is a yeast problem, or on occasion, based on the child's history (lots of antibiotics??) she may just prescribe it. Guest guest
At March's moms meeting, there was a discussion about Nystatin (oral) to wipe out yeast. I spoke to my pediatrician today and, of course, she's in the dark (what else is new). Is this something I should pursue? If so, how did other list members get their doc's to prescribe? We're going to see Dr. Hift on 5/6, is this something I would bring up to her? As usual, all info is greatly appreciated. Anne
