They're sold at almost every grocery store here(MN)...Cub Foods, Rainbow Foods, etc.

Keep in mind the package is not specifically listed "gluten free," although there

are no wheat ingredients.HTH,

Jodanne

I was under the impression that there weren't any safe GM cereals b/c of cross contamination and because of the frequent use of malt...?Jodanne B wrote: They're sold at almost every grocery store here(MN)...Cub Foods, Rainbow Foods, etc. Keep in mind the package is not specifically

Sneak preview the all-new Yahoo.com. It's not radically different. Just radically better.

I don't know if this is true or not but I just bought a box of Trix

from Target and made sure to look over the ingredients carefully. I

had a bowl one evening and wasn't feeling well the next day. It

passed kind of quickly, so I didn't think it was that. I am also on

a new medication that I am having some tummy trouble with. Anyway,

a couple of days later I had another bowl and within an hour I was

horribly sick for the next two days. So, I won't eat anymore

because I am quite positive now that that is what caused it. There

MUST be cc issues from my stand point.

You have to be very careful with Trix - only some sizes are gf (don't ask me

why) - the " regular " boxes here all have wheat starch, way down in the

middle of the vitamins in the ingredient list. I suspect the other sizes are

made at a different plant, as they don't use wheat starch.

Cocoa Puffs, Islandberry Crunch and Dora are the only GM cereals I know that

are now all gf (but always read the label, some old cocoa puffs were not).

For Post, you have brown and color dyed sugar flakes ... err... Cocoa

Pebbles a the other Pebbles (but not marshmallow, which are not gf).
