Thank you both for sharing your great news and doctor treks with us.

Over the years, I've tried 5 different DMARDS (methotrexate, immuran,

dapsone, cyclosporine, cellcept), minocycline (9 months), and have been

on prednisone EVERY day for the past 8 years without any success. I've

got my rheumy stumped, trying to figure out the right combination for my

body.

It is so encouraging to read that RP can be controlled !!!!

I'm happy for you both, to have such positive reports!

P.S. , out of curiosity, what kind of meds do you take? Are you on

the antibiotic therapy as well?

Hi , Sharon here. Has your doctor tried you on

combinations of any of the above drugs? I was on

prednisone, methotrexate, and arave at the same time.

I felt GOOD! Currently I am on pred, arava, and

imuran. Just a thought. Bye1
