Aetna will not pay...need advice!

Hi:

Desperately need your help! My twins both have tort/plagiocephaly and

will BOTH need helmets. The place where the twins will be getting their

helmets from just called and said that Aetna(NY) will not pay because

they are saying it's a cosmetic procedure. Mind you, both my kids were

born with tort and a flat spot on their heads. The company said they

will help with the appeal process, but they DO need to get paid $2500x2

($5000) for twins helmets! Please walk me through the appeal process!

The babies are not going to get measured until 8/9, but in the meantime

I would like to start gathering documentation .
