And how about some for taking to work? There is never enough time in my

mornings, ugh.

Breakfast ideas

Can anyone give me some low-point breakfast ideas? I am new to WW and

am trying to figure out what I can and can't eat! Thanks

Dannon Light and Fit = 2pts

I sometimes make a breakfast sandwich that keeps me satisfied for 6 hours.

Here goes:

English Muffin

1/4 cup just whites egg substitute

1 slice kraft 2% american cheese

2 slices of Healthy choice honey ham

just 5 points!

I have been having those low fat pancakes from Aunt Jamima for breakfast. It's 4 pts for 3. I know that's actually kind of high for breakfast, but I am usually quite up and about in the morning. Another good one was the lean pockets. Those I think were 4 pts too for the breakfast ones. I am rushing lot in the morning, so I need foods that are quick!

I love Blue Bunny yogurt with All Bran cereal in it. That's only 3 points, unless you get the All Bran Extra Fiber, and then it is only 2 because the All Bran Extra Fiber is 0 points. It's really filling and Blue Bunny has lots of flavors.

I'm with you. If I don't have a good handful of points, I can't make

it to lunch, and/or I'm hungry the rest of the day. I tend to eat

around 1/4 of my points before lunch, 1/3 of my points at lunch

plus snacks before dinner, and the remainder (just under 1/2)

for dinner and an evening snack.

You'll find what works best for you, though. Be flexible while

your body adjusts, of course!

What a great idea! I've been contemplating buying a large turkey

in order to freeze enough lunch portions for the year! Fowl (and

fish, too!) are so low point!

Breakfast ideas

How about 1 baked, skinless chicken leg, one cup of grapes and a slice oftoast with sugar free jelly. That is only 3 points. Oroweat I believe isthe brand, makes bread that is only 40 calories per slice and 2 slices isonly 1 point. I baked a bunch of chicken legs ahead of time and have themready to munch on during the day. They are only one point each without theskin.
