Tomatoes Diablo Serves 10 to 12 Source: America's Best Recipes 1/2 c sliced green onions 1/4 c olive oil 1/4 c vegetable oil 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper 3 Tbsp tarragon vinegar 2 tsp sugar 2 Tbsp prepared mustard 1 tsp salt 7 to 8 firm ripe tomatoes, peeled and sliced Combine the green onions, oil, pepper, vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt in a small bowl. Whisk until well blended. Place the tomato slices in a large shallow bowl or glass tray. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes.
