The lettet states that " the service is not in accord with the BS/BC medical policy " . The specific text of the policy is not given in the letter, so i called them i and requested a copy of the internal rule/guideline used for the determination. Will keep you posted about what they will send. If someone is going through the same process will be nice to discuss the appeal.
