Guest guest
Does the chart give a range of weights? They'd be based on a healthy BMI for your height. A 20 to 24.9 BMI is considered healthy by WW, and for your height that falls between 121 and 150 pounds, according to a BMI calculator. Other programs might consider lower than 20 to also be healthy. Research shows that 10% overweight is healthier than 10% underweight. Our fertility is also affected by too low a BMI. Only you can decide what's right for your body, really, although I undestand that you might want the lifetime membership asap 8-) -Elissa RE: Lifetime membership Hello all, I have a question. When I reached my 10%, the lady weighing me, said what do you want your next goal to be? I didn't know what to say, so I said 15 pounds. Anyway we were talking at the meeting and someone said you should set your goal weight at a high level so you get the free lifetime membership sooner. I don't want to do that. I want my goal weight to really be my goal weight. Isn't your leader supposed to help you pick a goal weight? Or do you go by the chart in the book? I think the chart is high, but until I reach 150 I'm not completing. I am 5'5" and I want to weigh 125. I weighed 105 when I got married a hundred years ago (really 33 years ago ;-)) I am small boned (whatever that means) Sandi
