We finally won our appeal.

We have been fighting with UHC since this started in March. We recieved

2 denials from them and they said we needed to contact our HR dept that

it was in their hands now. After showing dh some of the appeals here he

finally understood what I was saying and really got into the appeals.

He made it really personnel and gave them lots of info to back up our

findings. Less than a week we got an email stating not to worry that

they were going to cover Jacks helmet. We also recieved a phone call

telling us it would be covered. That was such a relief.
