Guest guest
Hi Deb! Welcome to our group! I hope you'll like it here. I'm glad you've already checked out our files as they're full with all sorts of good information. Good luck with your new lifestyle and don't hesitate to ask questions along the way. Donna > > Hi! > > I'm new to the group and watned to introduce myself. I'm Deb, 33 years old and I live in the Chicago suburbs with my husband and two sons. I am just starting on SB after trying Nutrisystem for a few months and that is outrageously expensive but did work some. Unfortunately, all the soy in the foods makes an existing thyroid condition much worse for me. > > I have had the book for a while and just read it this weekend. Went to the store yesterday and got some SBD legal foods and this morning noticed that I got the full fatted versions as opposed to the low-fat. I can't see wasting it so I am going to use what I have until I run out and then get the lowfat versions of things like ricotta and cream cheese. How much would that hurt me do you think? Just a rhetorical question I guess. > > Anyway, I have already enjoyed looking through the recipes in the files section. Much more extensive recipes than in the book. > > I have 15-20 pounds that I want to lose. Guest guest
How did you know I checked the files? I have a yahoo group for a different purpose I didn't know you could track that. As far as the group right now I am in the info gathering phase. This morning I ordered both the diet book and the cook book. So hopefully in a few days will be underway with it. Thanks for taking the time for a personal note. -------------- Original message -------------- Hi Deb! Welcome to our group! I hope you'll like it here.
