- thank you - that is a very informative site. It was interesting to not

that what we know of as " curry " is really a British invention. Also, I always

thought Indian foods were spicy, but according to this site they rarely use more

than one spice and it is used for delicate flavor. It was stated that the curry

leaf should be used fresh but that it grows wild in India where it is abundant.

Pity they can't find a way to supply it to the rest of the world.

Curry leaf is a green leaf used in Indian cooking, and may be available

in Asian grocery stores. I've done some Indian cooking and just skip it

if it's in the recipe. Here's a link below - shows a picture, and if
