Guest guest
Personally, I do not eat any of the frozen dinners or prepared foods. One reason, being the salt content, and the other, I would rather have whole foods. Di

Guest guest
I love the South Beach Diet Dinners. Almost as good as I make myself. I've liked every part of South Beach anything, so far. vernessa vernessa_a@...> wrote: Hello everybody, i wanted to know if any of you eat those frozen dinners,

Guest guest
The general opinion is if you decide to have them, don't have them too often cuz they the ingredients, sodium, don't meet the South Beach guidelines. If you decide to have them, they should just be for emergencies when you can't eat anything healthier. Guest guest
Hi, They are nice to have in a pinch (I brought them to camp last year because the food at camp was really waaay off SBD), but I don't eat them on any sort of regular basis. I only keep one around for an emergency. They are just too high in sodium. But, we don't count carbs, so you don't need to worry about the carb count. Yes, the pizza one is really tasty. ann > > Hello everybody, i wanted to know if any of you eat those frozen > dinners, if so what do you think of them? > > How about the carbs in them, to high or okay? > > I bought a few of them the other day to keep around, just in case i > needed a quick meal on a lazy day. > > The pizza is the only one that i tried before, and i really like it. > Atleast i get to eat pizza...lol >
