Pam, You are so good to watch over all of us. Then to come up with all

the information and suggestions to better our restricted worlds. Thanks

ever so much. Would that their were more people like you.

Jan loved cats. Ours grew impatient when we put him outdoors permanently

and chose to live with more accommodating neighbors way up the hill.

Graced us with a brief visit to recheck his decision, said goodbye and left

for better food and nicer quarters,

No more pets or even fish although a choice stuffed bass who tipped the

taxidermist adorns the wall and one of those " put me in the river " squawkers

acts as doorbell.

Difficult to know what Jan sees, hears or understands anymore. He has music

galore supplied by bandteacher son and public radio loud and clear and still

dislikes my Saturday operas - used to say " I'm glad I didn't have what that

woman had for lunch " when too high voices attacked. Stares constantly and

contentedly at the deer pasture and woods beyond where sun and clouds alter

the lighting and color. Can't go there.

I speedread emails with my finger on the delete button. Keep a small

dictionary at hand with old envelopes to keep definitions on until I think I

understand. How this forum has grown. What wonderful organizers and

endless sources of information. AND individual help. Thanks, Pam.

LA Louise thankful for all of you for keeping me going and keeping me

sane...I think...
