Does it fit if you center it more? I'm assuming not, but just had to ask. I would try and have them make a new band. If they don't agree then call someone at corporate, send them your pics etc. Hanger can be a good product, and I'm sure they don't want bad publicity. Try to get them to fix it, but don't waste months.
