I found it on kraftfoods.com. It is " diet friendly " with 25 calories per mini- cup. I thought it would be something the grandkids and I could make together. It never hurts to have them help cook something to get them interested in eating something they might not otherwise...like spinach. Maybe Mikey could get his mother to help him make these...heehee. Then *she* would have to sample the veggie! Hmmmmm...now...where did I put his email address????????? Kathleen Mini Florentine Cups Prep Time: 15 min Total Time: 30 min Makes: 24 servings, 1 appetizer each Kraft Kitchens Tips 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese 1/3 cup PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread 1 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 24 slices OSCAR MAYER Shaved Oven Roasted Turkey Breast PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except turkey until well blended. FLATTEN turkey slices; place 1 slice in each of 24 miniature muffin pan cups. Fill each with 1-1/2 tsp. of the spinach mixture. BAKE 15 min. or until heated through. Serve warm. KRAFT KITCHENS TIPS Make-Ahead Having a party? Assemble appetizers several hours in advance; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
