Guest guest
My local Fox early morning news (San Diego, CA) had a report devoted to the percentage of chocolate & stating that you should not eat chocolate that is lower than 70%. On the same program, they said that Dove dark chocolates are 70% chocolate (my local grocery stores all sell these in the candy section). I have seen more than only one dark chocolate bar at my local grocery stores that are 70% & I have also seen one by Lindt that is 85% (this one is pretty bitter & the 70% bars are tastier to most people). Also, Trader Joes sell a lot of different chocolate bars imported from other countries that are 70% (plus) chocolate. Easiest is probably to just look for the Dove bite size pieces & know that those are 70% chocolate (according to the expert that Fox early Morning News had on, & I also think I read someplace (possibly on this list) that, on the SBD official website, Dr. A. supposedly said that it is OK to eat no more than two (2) of the Dove dark chocolates per day.
