foods to enjoy list

I have a stupid question and I should look this up in the book.

When I read the foods to enjoy list there are SO many different foods

to enjoy.

So my basic question is theoretically, can we eat one of each of those

things everyday and follow the SBD? If I keep the 75 calories down can

I still eat one of each of those other foods to enjoy?

I need to re read the book. I am getting to it.

Hi Trish,

Theoretically you can eat all of the Foods to Enjoy and still be on the

Beach. You might get pretty full by lunch time, though!
