I'm currently on Phase 1 ~ But, it's been a tough week

/ week and a half (our dog had a stroke & is paralyzed

on his left side and we are dealing with that as well

as other stressfull events)

We are eating ONLY from the Phase 1 approved list, but

we (my husband & I) are not eating the breakfast /

snack / lunch / snack / dinner / dessert

~ We definately eat dinner and try to eat something

Phase 1 compliant in the morning (a bite or two of

eggs & the V8, or sometimes it has just been the V8),

but sometimes it's all I can do to feed the girls &

put them on the school bus ~ they are not home for

lunch ~ (I'm not skipping meals, as much as I am

overwhelmed and just don't remember to eat ~ although

my husband says that his fasting if forced because I

don't make him a Phase 1 compliant lunch to take to

work) & since I have to cook dinner for them, I'll eat

the Phase 1 compliant componants that I've prepared

for dinner.

My husband thinks that this should be okay, and once

the 14 days are up to go on to Phase 2, but I'm

thinking that we may want to have at least 7-10 days

of eating the proper meals, before moving to Phase 2.

Do you'll think that the way we are eating, even

though it is sparse, will acheive the " reset " that

Phase 1 does?

Help....

Any thoughts???????

Thanks,

Celeste Marie in Texas
