That is really how I do it...I make sure I get two servings in at each meal and

maybe even add a salad.

Well, if you have a serving of veggies at breakfast, two at lunch and

two at dinner, you are pretty much there. That's how they do it in

the book menus. You learn to estimate pretty quickly what is a cup

without measuring.
