Different insurance though so maybe it would be better now. Guest guest Posted August 15, 2004 Report Share Posted August 15, 2004 We've had some billing issues with them, but not major. We've been able to work through them and are not having a problem now. They deliver our bags and formula next day. Once when they accidently sent us chocolate Advera instead of vanilla, an Apria manager drove a 150 mile round trip to another warehouse and personally delivered the vanilla Advera that evening.
