I think I am going to start printing your menus out Janice and following your menu one week and see

how I do. You eat great and still lose. Thanks for posting your menus! I don't have the will power to do

that because I know I don't eat as well as I should. :(

I'm glad you post your menus every day Janice! I enjoy reading it and it's

giving me ideas and, most importantly, it's helping you! Keep the menus coming!

Well I am doing the Weight Watchers Flex points....and it is where you can eat

what you want as long as you stay under your points...I am allowed 26 points a

day....each points represents 50 calories....I am on a 1300 calories a

day.....there are a lot of things I should leave off like my popcorn and candy

on Saturdays.....and the fried chicken stripes occasionally.....but they say if

you count the points you lose....the reason I turn in what I eat every day is so

I can see it and I am more likely to stay in my points if everyone else sees

it....plus I have a group of my own and I have to be accountable to them....Tops
