Guest guest
Greetings! Have you gotten any advice about ear equalization techniques or apparatus for the both of you? Depending on the rate of descent and ascent it can be painful. Drink lots of water and give plenty to your kiddo between treatment times. How about nutritional supplements? Many have suggested CoQ10 is especially beneficial. This is one of the best things you can do for your kiddo. Think positive thoughts and have fun. Breathe deep and well. You'll get benefit as well. Guest guest
You can always ask how many bands they estimate it taking to fix her head shape or how long they estimate her being in the band. Other than that, I'm not sure. > > Hello everyone, > Ellie goes into the PHX CT for her band fitting tomorrow. Guest guest
just relax and enjoy the experience - you will meet many people throughout your journey that you will laugh and bond with. everyone on the staff really makes you feel comfortable and safe and spoiled. they take very good care of you. capriseeeliegirl <eelie@...> wrote: Well, I'm nearly there. Honestly, I think I'm more looking forward to this being over with simply so I can *relax* again. It seems like all I've been doing the past several weeks is organizing, planning and preparing. ;o)So. Today is Thursday. I leave for San Diego Saturday. Surgery is Monday. :-OI kinda screwed up on the pre-op diet as the first day and a half, I wasn't doing low carb really, just low fat. Once I figured that out, I cut out the carbs too. Other than a bit of a headache today which could be from anything (stress maybe? ;o)) I'm doing fine. Right now tho', I could really sink my teeth into *something*. Anything. I don't care. I just want to eat. Hmmmm...couldn't be a coping mechanizm, could it? ;o)So does anyone have any last minute advice for me? ) in AR Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Guest guest
Hi : I tried to reply before but don't see it anywhere here on the boards. I am having surgery on Monday too. Maybe we'll be meeting one another. My son and I will be staying overnight in San Diego and arriving in Mexicali Sunday as well. I am so excited and anxious. It's hard to wait anymore. I wish you the best. Debbie
Guest guest
I'm flying into San Diego on Saturday so I'll be catching the van there. There's someone else doing the same thing so I know I'll have at least one future bandster to meet. ) > > are you driving yourself or meeting people at the san diego airport and riding in the van? because that is half the fun is meeting the other girls (or guys) and the little road trip along the way getting to know each other. plus it is fun because you all are enbarking on the same journey. > caprise >
