This can be 03xx:0402 or 0401:0402.

You probably do not have classical celiac disease.

Rarely celiac disease can be cause by other problems, for example

GI archetecture disease or down syndrom. Not alot is known about the

disease associations with xxxx:0402. I call 0401:0402 the

highland/dryland haplotype because it is found in density in peoples

who live in dry climates or highland regions, the exception are the

Ainu but studies suggest they move from N asia more or less recently.

So, Downs causes Celiac WITHOUT the gene???? I had always assumed the

gene still had to be present and the Downs would be the trigger to

manifesting the CD.
