Guest guest
When are we going to do weigh ins??? The reminder isn't posting automatically. I'm going to post mine just cause I'm so thrilled with my results this week Start 200 Last week 187 Current 182 Goal 140 YAY!!! I lost 5 pounds All I did was stay at 1200 calories or a little less a day. I worked out on my bowflex 6 times for 30 minutes and well one day was for an hour. Plus I was constantly running around to classes and work. Work can be physical at times and one of my classes is also. How did everyone else do? Guest guest
Thank you Pat. It is funny but the first 25 lbs I done trying the Atkins thing. Gosh I love bread. I just couldn't do it. Had to have the bread. Spaghetti without the noodles was hard too. WHy bother? Taco salad with out the chips. The 8 lbs I have lost in the past 2 weeks was much easier because as I said before eating and watching points is easier than eating meat with no bread. I guess old habits die hard. Kim 245/212/130 -33 lbs to date next goal 209 weigh in - Thursdays > > > > > WOW Kim, 33 pounds is fantastic!! Contgratulations! > > Pat > > > & gt; Chantel, that is sooo great.
