Worked on my hurdles. Talked to my partner, and attempted to talk to teammates. Have been running in circles since grandbaby has been born. So think that is why I have extra miles this week. 21miles. Guest guest Posted November 24, 2005 Report Share Posted November 24, 2005 Good for you PeggySue Have A Happy Thanksgiving Kathy H Rollcall I am pleased to report I had a loss of 1/2lbs.really thought I would gain because of the eating out I have done going back and forth toOKC. I drank my water, kept a journal, Send things to my weight loss buddy in the club. Conquered my hurdles and set new ones.Exercised 4hrs and walked 9 1/2 miles. Contacted my partner and teamates.
