Great idea Loni!

There is an address book database available ;)

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/TexasTOPS/database

Just click on the address book" link, it is available to all members - but those wanting to join the card exchange can just add their info if it's not already there. Then if Winnie wants to she only needs to send the list of names for those joining and we can take them from there :)

Gee...can ya'll tell I'm REALLY tired today??!!

Just a thought for next year... or even this year... why don't we use the database function for everyone who wants to participate in the holiday card exchange enter their info into the Yahoo database? It would be a matter of someone setting it up and then everyone who wants to participate would enter their data. You can export the contents of the whole table. That way it would not be an overwhelming or burdensome task for any one person.

Just a thought... hey, I'm all for using all the tips, tools, and tricks I can to maximize my day.
