Guest guest
Dear HSI e-Alert Reader, As someone up on natural medicine, you probably know a lot about CoQ10. You know it's good for your heart, you know it's good for your immune system and you know it's one of the most valuable investments you can make for your body as a whole. What you may not know is that there are only a few companies in the world producing CoQ10 - and very soon, even at their peak production capacity, they aren't going to be able to meet the demands of this increasingly popular and exceptionally necessary nutrient. The laws of economics are working against your heart health! Given all the recent positive press time given to CoQ10, both in the pages of your newsletter as well as the more mainstream channels of information, people - doctors, patients and other health-conscious individuals like you - are becoming increasingly aware of its benefits. And while I think it's wonderful that more and more people are doing something great for their health, it traps us all under one of the most basic principles of economics - the law of supply and demand. That is: if the demand increases while the supply remains the same, the price must go up. We're already seeing it happen. The demand for CoQ10, in the last year alone, has increased tremendously. In fact, while touring the facilities of a supplement manufacturer in New York last month, I had mentioned in passing that - in preparation for the impending shortage - NorthStar had invested in a good chunk of inventory. Would you believe he offered to buy it from us, right then and there?! And that's not all - he brought it up at least five more times. He wanted all our CoQ10! Guest guest
Hi Alice, When we were at the UMDF Convention in Pitts. the company was giving away free samples of it. I got my samples on Thursday evening, and no one was there table at the time. I am not sure if someone actual showed up and was there for people to talk to or not. Maybe someone else knows. I read some of there research and they state that they can't release some of the results of their clinical trials b/c they are awaiting publication. I was also trying to find out what types of people participated in their trials. In some of the trials I noticed they used only male subjects. The statement where they say: " they wanted to buy all of their CoQ10 right then and there " scares me. They state it is from a manufacturer in New York, and that is where Tischon is located. I am hoping that Tishcon wouldn't go and buy another manufacturers product and put their own name on it and re-sell it as their product. If anyone was at the UMDF Convention and you spoke to a representive from this company please let us know what they said about there product. And if anyone has used this product please tell us if you saw a difference and if so what kind of difference. I am curious. I am wondering if the company is trying scare tactics to get us to buy more product and buy from them knowing that they have a large chuck of inventory available. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Alice Ann-Marie Interesting CoQ Message I Got Today From a Health Alert Group I Receive - Just Sharing Dear HSI e-Alert Reader, As someone up on natural medicine, you probably know a lot about CoQ10. Guest guest
I'd be more apt to worry about this NorthStar Company that is in the link being the one to use the scare tactics than Tishon but you never know. I am concerned about the possibility of the price increasing since I take 1200 mg a day. I laughed at NorthStar's supply information. The messages I normally get from this Health Alert Group are not normally advertisements. It's usually good information.
