Jen,

Oh I do love yogurt. I went off it for about 2 weeks, but now I'm back

with a vengence. Haha Just make sure you read the labels-some are very

high in calories, and have much higher fat content than others. I get

the Yoplait custard or Whips for a special treat, but stick mostly to

Blue Bunny's light line, which is 80-85 calories per 6 oz serving and no

fat, plus they are delicious. Experiment with a few different brands to

see what you like best-there are *so* many flavors and brands now-you'll

sure hit on something you love.

Many times I'll have yoghurt with a little cereal on top, and some fruit

for lunch or for breakfast-quick, easy, yum!
