Guest guest
Jen, Oh I do love yogurt. I went off it for about 2 weeks, but now I'm back with a vengence. Haha Just make sure you read the labels-some are very high in calories, and have much higher fat content than others. I get the Yoplait custard or Whips for a special treat, but stick mostly to Blue Bunny's light line, which is 80-85 calories per 6 oz serving and no fat, plus they are delicious. Experiment with a few different brands to see what you like best-there are *so* many flavors and brands now-you'll sure hit on something you love. Many times I'll have yoghurt with a little cereal on top, and some fruit for lunch or for breakfast-quick, easy, yum!
