I have asked many doctors, and have yet to find one that does not feel the " Water Aerobics " is perhaps the best exercise for obese people. Very gentle on all the body parts. I like it, cause it reminds me of flying. Which, I have been told, has to do with sexual fantasies expressing themselves. (Like when you fly in a dream)...I should probably find a Freudian list for that information. Something where we send in letters and then discuss the sick twisted meaning behind everything we do.
