Guest guest
I believe it was Ann who suggested FitDay.com. It's an excellent tool for tracking calories...or whatever else you want to track. It has a huge selection of foods in the database, or you can add custom. I'm trying to get back on The Beach. I find it's sometimes easier to STAY on The Beach than to get on The Beach. (Those dang cravings, doncha know!) Has anyone purchased the $20 FitDay software? I'm not sure what it would add that isn't already on the free site. Guest guest
I got the PC version for Christmas. I love it. It breaks up your foods by meals and snacks, so you can see exactly how many calories you had for each meal and for each snack. It also tracks cholesterol and sodium, so you can see how you are doing on those. It has a lot more features than the online one, plus you don't have to keep signing in to use it. ann > > I believe it was Ann who suggested FitDay.com.
