LOL You're kidding me, right? Well, first and foremost, Yahoo isn't exactly delivering messages with any measure of efficiency. You posted on the lowest volume day of the week, at about 5pm in the evening at that, did not create your own thread but instead piggy-backed an existing thread (so no one would have even noticed it was a new question rather than being related to the other thread), you AGAIN hijack someone else's thread here and then you want to bolt after less than 24 hours without a flood of replies? If you want this or any other support group to work for you, you have to give it a little more time and start your own threads rather than hijacking the threads of others. This group is without a doubt the best SBD support group on Yahoo. There is a very supportive community for newbies through old timers, ample resources, and a response turnaround time that would make the official site jealous at best. Gimme a break. Go to the official SBD site and pay $5 a week; their nutritionists tend to respond within 3-5 days...usually. Oh, and BTW, you *DID* get more than one response.
