That was no small victory , gee, I am so proud of you..I know

how hard that can be to just walk away...this is a great boost for me

to hear someone else say, what you did..wonderful!!!!

Excellent ! A journey of a thousand miles starts with one step...and

you took one this morning. It doesn't matter whether it's baby steps, long

strides, or even stumbles...the important thing is you keep headed in the

right direction.
