Yes, ...I think we've all had days where we've had the greatest intention and one little thing can ruin it all...even after one meal, I find it so hard to get back into the thinking of being "good"...

Happy Monday (I think)

Hi all. First I'd like to welcome the new members that joined WWFlexpoints group this weekend. My name is and new to the group too.

I went to weighin on Saturday and I gained a pound . I know what I did wrong and what happen, so I am trying to correct the problem this week. I am losing slowly, but I think I am fine with it. I feel really great and I have been walking 2 miles per day 5 days a week - giving myself off Sat & Sun and I have not broken from that - this is a big suprise to me, but it seems like walking in the morning is my "thinking time". I have been toying with the idea of pushing it up another half mile, but have not quite gotten myself to the point of actually doing it.

Have you ever had a day that you want to follow program and you have all good intentions, but if the one slightest temptation to choose something that does not fit into your day peeks it's head, you will go for it? That is my feeling today. I had a meal bar for breakfast (my usual) and I have a nice salad and a lean pocket for lunch, but if someone offers oh say a buffalo chicken sandwich with blue cheese dressing, I may just say yes....
